The short version: this site knows nothing about you, and I like it that way.

This website

  • No accounts, no passwords, no sign-ups.
  • No ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies — none.
  • It's a static page with a phone number and a download button.

Remote help sessions

Remote sessions run on Splashtop SOS, a professional remote-support tool used by IT teams everywhere. A session can only start when you download the helper, run it, read me the nine-digit code, and approve the connection. The connection is encrypted.

When we're done, close the Nick Support window. That ends my access completely — nothing keeps running in the background, and no one can connect again unless you run the program again. You can delete the downloaded file afterward if you like.

Calls & texts

A text or call to (502) 726-5669 is a normal text or phone call — nothing special, nothing recorded.

Your data

I don't collect, store, or sell anything from this site. There's nothing to sell.
